Learning that delivers results

BRIDGE programmes are delivered through a variety of formats to adapt to people’s differing learning needs and time availability.

We use a combination of masterclasses, one-to-one coaching, on-demand bitesize content, and provision of purpose-built digital and AI-powered tools.

Masterclasses

Delivered by digital experts, these twice-monthly live sessions range from traditional keynote talks on important topics, to more informal drop-in sessions which allow for more audience interaction and questions.

Sessions are regularly added in response to new priorities and trends, highlights include:

  • Ethical storytelling

  • Countering misinformation online

  • Digital advocacy

  • Responsible use of AI

One-to-one coaching

One-to-one coaching is the most popular element of BRIDGE. Our in-house team has a wide range of expertise, developed while working with leading charities, giving platforms and consultancies. They bring direct experience and understanding of what participants are going through so they are in the ideal position to provide the best support. We match a dedicated specialist with each organisation to offer clear and actionable advice.

Topics covered in these sessions have included:

  • Planning for a digital campaign launch

On-demand content

Lightful Academy is our online e-learning platform where participants can catch up on specific topics and courses to supplement the live sessions. Content is grouped into eight playlists, which include interactive bite-sized courses on a range of topics linked to the key learning pillars of strategy, storytelling, campaigns and fundraising - plus lots of bonus content around emerging tools and trends! Participants can make their way through the content at their own pace to learn about the topics most relevant to them.

BRIDGE participants benefit from premium level access to Lightful's suite of tools which have been built exclusively for nonprofits.

The award-winning Lightful Platform is a digital tool designed to help small to medium-sized charities run effective campaigns across Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Instagram. Beyond social media management, it includes tools for digital strategy development, persona creation, campaign planning, and story writing. Lightful’s bespoke AI and digital features enhance efficiency, save time, and support campaign success. During the programme, participants explore AI capabilities and can immediately integrate these tools into their daily activities.

Our approach to AI is encapsulated in three guiding principles: building responsibly, building equity and building trust.

Our AI tools are integrated into the Lightful Social Platform, and are designed to support nonprofits to learn through doing, offering tailored feedback and advice to maximise their social media engagement. All our tools are designed to keep a human in the loop, so users learn by doing, instead of being replaced by AI.
